When you submit the enquiry form, we collect the details you enter:
- Full name, email address and phone number
- Company or brand name
- Service required, budget range and project description
- Any file you choose to attach (PDF, DOC, DOCX, PNG or JPG, up to 10 MB)
When you browse the site, our hosting server automatically records standard technical data such as IP address, browser type, pages visited and time of visit, for security and performance.
How we use your information
- To reply to your enquiry and prepare proposals
- To deliver the services you engage us for, and to send related invoices and updates
- To keep the website secure and working properly
- To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations
We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not use it for unrelated marketing without your consent.
Payments
Where you pay us online, the payment is processed by a third-party payment gateway. Your card, UPI or bank details are entered on the payment provider’s secure page and are never stored on our servers. We only receive confirmation of the payment and the transaction reference.

We share information only with service providers who help us run the business, such as our website host (Hostinger), email providers and payment gateways, and only as needed for them to provide their service. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect our legal rights.

We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, and a Hostinger script used for site features loads from Hostinger’s servers; these services may receive your IP address when a page loads. If we add analytics in future, this policy will be updated.

Enquiry details and attachments are kept for as long as needed to respond and, if we work together, for the duration of the project and as required by law for tax and accounting records. You can ask us to delete your enquiry at any time.
Data security
The site is served over HTTPS, enquiry attachments are stored in a private folder that is not publicly accessible, and access to our systems is limited to people who need it.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or withdraw consent, by emailing info@thegrafx.com. We will respond within 30 days.
Grievances
