1. Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel your event, please notify us as soon as possible. Cancellation terms are as follows:

• More than 30 days before the event: Full refund of the deposit, minus processing fees.
• 14 to 30 days before the event: 50% of the deposit is refundable.
• Less than 14 days before the event: No refund of the deposit.
• Last-minute cancellations (within 72 hours): No refund, and full payment may be required depending on expenses incurred.

2. Refund Policy

Refunds will be processed based on the following conditions:

• Refunds are issued within 7-14 business days after approval.
• Processing fees (e.g., transaction or administrative costs) may be deducted from the refund amount.
• Non-refundable items include third-party vendor fees, special orders, and customized services.

3. Rescheduling Policy

If you wish to reschedule your event, we will accommodate your request based on availability:

• Rescheduling 14+ days before the event: No additional charges.
• Rescheduling within 7-14 days: A rescheduling fee may apply.
• Rescheduling within 7 days: Subject to approval, and additional costs may apply.

4. No-Show Policy

If the client does not attend or respond on the event day, no refund will be issued.

5. Force Majeure

In case of unforeseen circumstances beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions), we will work with you to reschedule or offer a partial refund.
