These Terms and Conditions govern your use of thegrafx.com and any services you buy from The Grafx (“we”, “us”, “our”), based in Bangalore, Karnataka, India. By using this website or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.

1. Our services

We provide brand strategy and identity, logo design, UI/UX and product design, web and software development, digital marketing and SEO, AI creative and technology, and events and brand activations. The scope, deliverables, timeline and fee for every project are set out in a written proposal or quotation that you approve before work starts.

2. Quotes and payment

  • All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and exclusive of GST and other applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
  • Work begins once we receive an advance payment of 50% of the project fee. The balance is payable at the milestones set out in the proposal, and in any case before final files are handed over.
  • The advance payment is non-refundable. See our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
  • Payments can be made by bank transfer or through our online payment gateway. Card, UPI and bank details are entered on the payment provider’s secure page and are never stored by us.

3. Your responsibilities

You agree to provide content, feedback and approvals on time, and you confirm you have the rights to any material you give us. Delays in feedback may move the agreed timeline.

4. Intellectual property

On full payment, ownership of the final approved deliverables passes to you, unless the proposal says otherwise. We keep ownership of our tools, templates, code libraries and unused concepts. We may show completed work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to in writing.

5. Acceptable use

You must not misuse this website, attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, or use it for anything unlawful.

6. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a project is limited to the fees you paid us for that project. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka have exclusive jurisdiction.
